"I bought the FJR1300 from this dealership in 2006 with the extended service plan and warranty, both having paid for themselves many times over. Recently, with 26,000 miles on the bike, the ignition switch failed (first problem) and despite being overwhelmed with the usual load of work that happens in the spring, the service department got me back on the road basically in the time it took to diagnose the problem and order the part. Because they were quick to solve my problem I was able to go ahead with a previously planned trip up into Canada (3,500 miles) without having to rebook all of my stays. First class service!"
